Hello, hello! I recently picked up The Lord of the Rings to read it again. I think no fantasy writer should go without reading it every other year. I love how Tolkien opens it with: “Some of you might be unfamiliar with hobbits, so allow me to summarize a few of the more important facts about them”. He then proceeds to talk about hobbits for twenty pages. It makes me feel better about my occasional lore dumps.

Banshee continued to work on the scene with Evelyn (a.k.a. Morb), as well as two new character designs! Wait, why is her hair purple on the preview, you ask? That's a state secret!

Vane has done a hard goof! Let me break the third-person barrier here and talk frankly. I don’t know what happened, I’m not burned out or anything but I’ve just been having a difficult time concentrating on writing. It has been happening for a while now, feels like the closer I get to the end of the story the less I can write. It’s really annoying and trust me, no one is more pissed off about it than me. I haven’t really made much progress last week, but I’m trying a few new things to see if that helps me get back into my productive groove. If all fails, guess it’s cock and ball torture punishments for me for delays. It’s the only way.
