Kind of a cop took her to jail vibe for failure to pay debts? Ellie, not so much. Sera no (she needs to be kept in the cute basket). Lena doesn't quite fit, nor does Yda. Khai maybe? Amelie is a definite option, and I think a strong one (maybe the best). Cat's debt's get sold to the guild, and then you can use or re-use the whoring scenes as needed
