121 - Dev Blog + Free Early Access Build!

Hello, hello! It is time for yet another Dev Blog, with a special twist this time!

First things first, we would like to apologize for the delay in the last build. Banshee has no time management skills and wasn’t able to finish Sigrid's CG in time so we are only releasing it today.

We have had some delays before but never was the release delayed by this much. We apologize and promise this won't happen again. And to compensate we thought it would be nice to release a special early access build, which you can download right here!

Now this release had more smaller scenes than normal, which basically consist of Catherine running around, talking with her companions, and recruiting them to her legion. That is not to say she has not found time to spend with her romantic partner, or to get into spicy situations but recruiting people into the legion has been the main focus of the last release and will be the focus of the next release too. When all companions are recruited then there will be a few finishing touches on the legion before Catherine departs to fight in the north.

Getting all of that done will be a bit cumbersome as we will need a few more new backgrounds, sprites, and a new map even. Though it is also an opportunity for us to implement things better, a new beginning at the end of the journey, so to speak. We are very excited to bring the last act of Catherine’s saga to the game and hope you’ll all enjoy the journey with us too!
