patch for AMD gpu

a small patch to make the local image generation model work
unfortunately, I don't have an amd card myself, so I can't test it personally
→ unpack the archive into …\resources\stablediff\ and overwrite existing files
→ launch the game
limit the img size to 1024×1024 if your VRAM is less than 8 GB
