An ideal example of "one person's Heaven is everyone else's Hell", and the corollary "Imposing Utopia upon others is an act of great evil".
Nobody should have the idea they can get 100% of what they want.
Some churches have the idea of "immanentizing the eschaton" as a sin (it's considered to be an attempt to usurp divine authority). That concept is grossly misapplied as an excuse to either not try to improve mortal existence, usually specifically to excuse not reforming church-induced wars/domination etc., but like most such things there's a kernel of sense in it.
That said, Steward accurately represents every narcissistic dictator history can provide an example of, convinced that everything would be perfect if they could just have things absolutely their own way, and that they and they alone are fit to define "perfect". Steward is indeed the tyrant.

Yes. All attempts to remove free will and deny natural rights are wrong. Stewart is missing the point. The world does not own him anything. Sic Semper Tyrannis.

So this is basically Steward being all pissy because he was dealt a shit hand. And he blames heaven for not doing anything about it. News flash Steward, most everybody gets a shitty hand in life. But they go out and do something about it rather than blaming the powers that be.
Also I think he has it wrong about heaven not doing
everything because they want to appear humble...I think they don't do all they can for one simple reason...there's no fun in doing it like that.

It's nice to see some of Steward's motivations
