The concept of this season is that the culprit doesn't know himself as the killer. They said they only got the roles and some explanation from the staff, and then they had to understand their own roles and figure them out themselves. Based on season 2, they told us that they got the role the day before they were filming, so it makes sense that they got times to get immersed in their character. Can't wait for season 2!

i think he had a really good idea it was him though. even at 13:45 of the patreon video he's like "is it me?" as they were discussing their own lists, like hes starting to recognize that maybe the dying order is his list. and even before that, he recognizes that its better for the culprit to act like they didnt know they were the killer (12:47 in which he says this) which makes me think he continued to play the role of not knowing 'cause it also matches his charatcter. it shows when hes more vocal about not getting tied up whereas both jeonghan and the8 didnt fight the rope as much as mingyu did because mingyu knew he was the killer himself. this is why i think he knew/strong idea that it was him.

I think Mingyu really didn't know. The connection of the list they made at the start to the order of people dying was only revealed to them after the game was over. I think this is what made it so good because Mingyu (the real person) knows that the staff didn't tell him he was the killer so he really fought that he was innocent when they tied him up. It also connects to the story because Park Mingyu (the character) was supposed to be deranged and have multiple personalities (took on his father's persona) so he wouldn't know that he was the killer either.

marsssss

kickball please...

mingyu's nuna

Right, I need to work on danish history skills it seems

Astrid

I love the other brain game eps like Good Offer, RPS, and Catch Stock so much, but I also recommend watching Kickball. You'll see even more how competitive they are :)

sphmck

So I think it got explained in either the part 2 they did of this (different storyline same murder mystery type concept) or the best of ep they did where they looked at past going seventeen eps. Basically it was explained in a much later ep and so hope you don't mind but I'll explaint the how to win thing. The way to win, was to have the killer tied up when the lights went out. Mingyu was tied, but they untied him and tied up the dead guy instead when the lights were out and than thought that they'd ruled that out and Hoshi had just sort of layed the rope on Mingyu ready to tie him up when the light went out, there wasn't any actaul tieing up knots done.

Kind of in line I also recommend RPS tournament/gambling episodes, it’ll be a good trio. All brain games, my favourites.

Samy

mingyu 100% knew it was his list-- theres no way he didnt know even though he states he didnt realize hahaha hes too smart to not know.

mimato

i think season 2 is a bit easier to understand because they get very into it and i think they understand the concept more too. the coups mingyu jeonghan trio really shines in those episodes but be warned: wonwoo looks way too good lol

lucy jung

He lived in a small village on the outskirts of Copenhagen. He actually also did some repairs to the statues around the palace, and also owns 71% or Maersk. I'm surprised you haven't heard of him

Simon Chilley

Lmaooo I don’t know about cluedo being named after a danish person, but it’s also called cluedo in Denmark 🤣

Astrid
