Cintiq pro went to black screen(problem fixed) 緊急公告(已修復)

Quick update: For whatever unknown reason, it works now! I just wait like 30+ mins and switch it on and off, and then it works normal again. I'm still worried of not knowing why this happened but it might be because of the device not being in use for 2 weeks. Which is still quite a concern but anyway, I'll go back to do livestream very soon.
Hopefully this weird hiccup won't happen every time I start PC in the morning. Sorry for spamming updating post. This post will be removed maybe 3-4 days later if nothing happens again. 😅
最新消息：過了約30分鐘之後我重啟Cintiq電源，然後它莫名其妙又活過來了，莫非是放了兩週的假之後它現在還在開工憂鬱期...雖然不曉得真正原因為何，但我待會就會盡快重新開始錄製實況。希望這台機子不會太常給我出這種飛機，一直上來po這種消息也實在很擾人(抹臉)

Guys, my Cinitq pro just went black screen this morning, actually it happened briefly yesterday but this morning the screen doesn't wake up anymore. I'm trouble shooting now and am not able to do livestream. I hope all will be fixed soon or maybe I will work on other tablet before Cintiq pro being fixed. ;_;
I'll update how things go as soon as possible.
各位，我那台貴桑桑的Cintip pro莫名其妙地掛了，症狀是整個螢幕突然就黑屏掉，重開機也不管用(其實昨天它就曾經短暫地黑屏過，但今天似乎就醒不過來了)。所以很不好意思，今天的實況可能泡湯了orz我現在正在尋找問題的根源，要是無法自力排除問題，我近日內會把這台機子送修，然後暫時換用其他設備畫稿。
總之一有新消息我會盡快上來報告！

2019-03-14 03:53:41 +0000 UTCYeah I guess that's also possible. Actually I'm not sure if there's a repair center in Taiwan and worst case scenario I might need to wait for the dealer to ship it to other country for fixing. Good thing it just fixed itself a while ago.
