The Femboy Hotel - 23

As you may now know, the Femboy Hotel has a little prison block built beneath. A little deal the boss cut with the head warden of the Femboy Prison to help with the over capacity situation.
(The government made drinking Monster pipeline punch, and going ":3", at the same time, illegal... since then the prisons been overflowing with femboys.
Cells designed to hold just 2 are now holding like 20. They even using storage cupboards for them.

So the boss made Sam and D build the hotel's prison block. The small confiment cells though were and interesting idea. They take up far less space then normal cells, and serve as a good way to deter the little twinks from reoffending.
Well, unless they're horny masochists.. which a lot of them are..
One such horny masochist is Toby, the cute purplehaired Neko boy. Hes been helping out at the hotel for a while. He volunteered when the boss was advertising for apprentices (free labour) but enjoyed the job so much he stayed on.
Anyway the boss asked the boys to test out the confinement cells. To see if they were actually of any use.

Normally Sky would be the warden, but this time, the boss thought it would be good for Titch to have a go. Mainly as he knows Titch can be a little sadist sometimes..
Sky, Sam and 2 of the work experience brats, including Toby would pull a number out of a hat for which cell they would test.
They couldn't go in all at once, obviously, as there was still a hotel to run. So they decided to stagger the times.

Number 1 is actually quite comfy, its just full of Blahaj sharks. Sam pulled that number, which made him very happy.

Number 2 is just bare stainless steel, with anchor points and a drain in the floor. Sky pulled that number, not great, but could be worse.

Number 3 is full of tiny spikes, and meant to be more of a punishment than a storage cell. Little Fredrick ended up with that cell.

Number 4 was the worst of them. It was much smaller, and had even more spikes. The drain in the floor of number 2 was also right over where the prisoner's head would be.. Poor Toby ended up with that cell. Although he wasn't as upset as you think. He seemed to actually be looking forwards to it..

Anywa as the day passed on. The boys tested the cells to the best of their ability. They were only supposed to stay for an hour in each. Sam fell asleep cuddling one of the Blahaj sharks. So Titch just left him in there. Sky and Fredrick tested 2 & 3. They seemed to work fine. Both aching and very glad to be out of them.
Titch's attention turned to annoying D who was still being held in one of the main cells.
Then, as Titch does. He got sidetracked..
Later that day, he went back to annoy D again, who was now nkd for some reason. Checking the notes on "how to be a kinky warden" that Sky had left him, it suddenly dawned on Titch, that he'd forgotten about Toby!
He'd been in cell 4 for over 10 hours now! So quickly he unlocked the door and peeked in, shyly smiling as he said. "Hey Toby, hours up! Time moves really slowly when you're bound huh. heheh". Toby, with his very sore butt and balls thanks to spikes the estim device that had been on nonestop for the past 10 hours, Just glared at him..

This was a fun one :P
I was talking to https://x.com/KinkToby about the cells the other week. He said he wanted to try them out, so I thought it would be good to shove his OC in one. Naturally, it had to be cell 4 >:)

Let me know if you wanna see the other cells in use ^^ Sams still happily dozing in cell one with the plushies :3
