It had been fun for Dani and Leo reading through Leslie's diary. Despite him being from a time before aeroplanes, or even cars existed, the similarities between him and Dani were staggering.
He talks about arriving at Dane Bank station after sneaking onboard a train to escape some trouble in another city. He was thrown off the train (literally) by the guard when he couldn't provide a ticket. Not knowing what to do he went to the station master, Henry, and begged for a job. Henry at first refused, but in the end relented and gave him a job as the station servant. Seems he just didn't have the heart to throw this scared little femboy out onto the dark scary Victorian streets.
The pair quickly bonded over their love of kinky things. The story of how they met was nearly identical to how Dani met Alex.
Throughout the diary Leslie had wrote about his loves, fears, random nonsense that he liked to get up to when the station wasn't busy, exploring derelict buildings, being terrified of mannequins. Again all very similar to Dani. He even talked about having a German friend called Eric. Who he described as, ditsy, a complete masochist, and having unusual purple eyes? Just like a certain blue and purple headed femboy.
Towards the end of the diary there was a photo clipped to one of the pages. It was Leslie wearing a strange bondage outfit. Which Dani and Leo loved and wanted to try themselves. on the page next to the photo he had wrote. "Master Henry's leatherworks friend visited again this morning. He had the most queer outfit, least I think it could be classed as an outfit. Like last time, he was showing it off at a fair down south, and wanted to try it. Of course, Master volunteered me, again.. It consisted of an extremely tight corset, so tight it made me feel like I was in a steam press.. Leather straps, and a rather unusual collar. Looked like something from medieval times. I must admit, it felt like a medieval torture device! I could hardly move, my inside were being squashed, and my throat squeezed, making every breath difficult... So why did it arouse me so?! I now want one! I will ask Master if it is possible for another to be made for us to play with".

Dani and Leo loved the outfit, they too were now thinking of how to ask Alex if they could get one.
On the next page though Leslie mentions something rather interesting. Due to kink and homosexuality being so taboo in those days. They had to keep it a secret. So Leslie briefly talks about a "secret room" where he and Henry played around with bondage and kink. At first they just thought he meant the basement, but Leslie mentions something strange. The secret room can only be accessed by a "special door"? hidden in the kitchen store room.
Dani didn't know of any door in there, even Alex was confused when they told him.

So all 3 of them immediately went to look for it.
