Development Update #24 - Gallery System.

Hey there guys, I'm here today to tell you about what I'm working on and what I have done for now on the game.

I spent the last week working on the revisions for the game, it may not look like but I don't have too much time to work on the game as I wanted to. Since not only me but sometimes Grammarly decides to change an entire sentence and make it looks weird as hell if I'm not careful with it, problems on the text are found every day.

Just this week I've been able to fix 46 dialogs that two patrons sent me and some more by myself. Sometimes the problems are so grotesque I feel really bad to give you guys a content like that. My English is not the BEST, but I'm pretty sure I never make some mistakes like those, and I already noticed that Grammarly tends to change something and with that, another new "issue" happens and if I change that too, it changes the entire dialog. 

Or sometimes it decides a word I used, such as "Hey dog", should be "Look, it's a dog". I don't know why maybe it's because I put the entire document or sections on Grammarly now that it accepts the formatting from Scrivener.

Scrivener in itself is not as good as I would want it to for corrections, so I have to rely on it, Grammarly and my own. And I've been speaking English for what? Four years now, all by myself?

AND, to make my life better, my space bar now is having some issues, and it's making me crazy! So I'll have to be even more careful to not fuck things up on the days inside the game. No one wants to read something like "Oh, you'resobeautifull", because the spacebar didn't work.

About the Gallery:

I'm working on it. I need to figure out a lot of things and I'll probably have to add new commands to the JSON files...

I don't know how I'll do it, and to tell you the truth, I'm quite scared of it haha...

Only the heavens know how difficult it is to work with JSON files and create an editor for that is such a pain. But I'll need to mess with Both the script on the game and the day editor to fix a problem with the character portrait and name and to add this new feature there. Unless I want to add the commands to add new pictures to the gallery manually... And GOD NO.

So I'll work on the visuals first, and I'll try to make it "Work" first. Like, when you click on the miniature, the picture should be displayed, right?

Yeah, that's what I want to do right now. So, I'll be working on it, and I do want to give you guys at least an alpha per month.
