Results of the recent poll (yet another poll)

So as you can see, there is a 2 way tie for second place (latias/charizard and shinx/rattata) and I have two ideas of what to do in this situation
Option 1: Do all top 3, count it as this month's poll too
Option 2: Randomly choose for the tie breaker, do a separate poll for this month
