Ok my thoughts after multiple reads lol Kristen wants to offer Celine the chance to have sex with her daughter's of course Celine accepts the offer I mean who wouldn't lol Nora not knowing that converation suggest that having sex with Celine would force Kristen to fire Celine i don't think that's going to happen Kristan wants this for her daughters plus Nora ended up enjoying the sex which I'll assume she will start to like Celine on a more serious term and we know Celine can't get enough of nora and wants a relationship of some sort what happens next will be great for the entire family
