π¨ neon red self portrait session: the end of an era π¨

It's funny (well, more like incredibly frustrating and enraging) that as femmes/women we are taught that life fizzles out after your 20's
That all your biggest accomplishments have to be before 30
"top 30 under 30" competitions run rampant
We feel all this pressure to fit everything important before this big milestone
But I'm here, turning 30, unmarried as of now, no home ownership, just me, my partner, a dog, and a creative biz that I love
And I couldn't be happier
I love turning 30
I feel like I am waking up, stepping into a bigger, badder, more expansive version of myself
I haven't felt this strong a sense of self in... well, ever.
I can't fucking wait for the next decade.
