Hello and happy holidays sweet lovelies!

Things have been quieter around here than I intended this month, for that I apologize. My post-op healing process has been a lot more complicated and slow than I anticipated. What I thought would be 1 week of healing and then 3 weeks of down to catch-up on work things, turned into some serious downtime to just heal. I ended up in the ER after my surgery and have been taking it incredibly slow since then. We also had a big family health scare so I've been taking some time off to work on my mental health and to be more present with my family and myself. It's been an incredibly heavy month, to be honest, and I've been doing my best to stay afloat amongst it all.

I hope that ya'll can still find value in the available content in here, and I promise I'll be back to catch up soon. About the only thing I have time and energy for is editing, so I'll be finishing up the rest of my last self portrait session before my surgery and posting it here for ya'll soon.

I hope you are finding time to take care of yourselves, hold yourself gently and with patience. This time of year can be full of expectations to set giant goals, to set yourself up for success for the new year, but remember that is possible all year round. You don't need to tackle a mountain during this time - you are allowed to rest and reset in whatever way works for you.
