Following the series of events that Burt remembers about his past- there is also a secret he has been carrying with him his whole adult life: His change.
It turns out that probably his daily interactions with Gunner might have played a part in altering his normal physique. But how could that be? And coming back to the present, why is Burt normal/average looking?

I’d like to think the reason present-day Burt is “normal” is because Gunner’s additional mass was siphoned from Burt, but regardless can’t wait to see how this turns out! Keep up the fantastic work!
