Strip Clubs - Let's Dance

Unfortunately, I have to inform you that finishing the feature explained below will take longer than usual. It's fairly large, and complex enough that I can't get it done in a short time. I hope you understand and take this opportunity to tell me what you think as well as suggest new ideas that I could introduce during the rest of the development.
This September we will receive a new pack - Realm of Magic, and a week before that, most likely on the 5th, a patch for the game. I'm expecting some turbulence, but it will probably be just fine. I'm prepared to provide a stability update as soon as possible. And I hope the ones hyped for the new pack will enjoy it.
Start a new business of managing a strip club, consider a new career of becoming a dancer, or do both at the same time!
Create a Business
Create an entirely new business - Strip Club. Just like retail stores, restaurants, and veterinary clinics, assign a lot for your Strip Club business and build it up from scratch. Simply take out your phone and buy a club!
Strip Club businesses come with the same requirements as a Nightclub venue but offer so much more. Prepare the stage, hire alluring dancers, and let the music play!
All of the managing functions are controlled from the special club managing category on your phone. Including designing dancers outfits, handling paychecks, and improving the club quality.
All of the hired employees define the type of your club with their gender and preference, allowing you to make a regular club, a gay club, or a mixed club. This affects what kind of clients show up at your venue as well.
Talented Dancers & Needy Clients
Every Strip Club needs dancers, but not just for dancing. Each employee is assigned a task to optimize the business for the visiting customers. In many situations, the person managing the business needs to decide what is the best approach to handle the clients at the current moment.
Dancers can take a charming role, picking random clients to engage them in a conversation and encourage to spend more or get a private dance. Certain clients come specifically for their favorite dancers and socializing is all they need to be satisfied. Dancers with good social skills are better at charming, making connections with clients that are then willing to pay more for their favorite dancers. It’s not always about looking at naked bodies, sometimes you just want to chat a little. No matter the circumstances, charming always benefits the business by establishing clients that are invested in their favorite dancers.
Every club comes with a bar and someone has to be tending it. Dancers can be assigned a bartender role which encourages clients to buy more drinks. A dancer that manages the bar can persuade other clients to get a drink, shifting the dynamic of the club customers to spend more money on alcohol. Some clients visit the club purely to drink so assigning a dancer to tend the bar is often necessary. Be careful how you design your club, as you wouldn’t want non-drinking clients hogging the bar.
Obviously, dancers have to dance. Preparing a stage, dancing poles, and sitting positions for clients is necessary. Each dancer is always ready to get on the stage and dance for everybody in the club. Clients interested in the dancer will get around and happily tip them for their sway moves, especially if it’s their favorite dancer.
It can get pretty dry without music, so getting a DJ is a no-brainer. Dancers come with their favorite music genre that increases their dancing performance which reflects in the profit they make. Coordinating dancers with the played music greatly benefits the club, making both dancers and clients happier.
When the client is not into loud music, going to a quieter place for a private dance sounds like a tempting idea. Dancers can offer or be requested a private dance which makes things a lot more interesting. A private dance is a lot more profitable for dancers and a lot more exciting for clients. And who knows, maybe more can happen than just a dance.
And there are useless clients, that just sit around without spending any money. Charming dancers can try to involve them into the club flow and bartending dancers can suggest getting a drink... but if none of it works, kicking them out might be the best option. It’s better to make space for clients that are good for business.
Pole Dancing & Private Dancing
Every dancer can either get on the stage and dance on the pole for everybody or get in a dark room with a client and give them a lap dance.
Pole Dancing is handled by a new system that operates similarly to how sex animations play, allowing creators to contribute with new dance moves. Ideally, dances are categorized by their performing difficulty which affects how often certain moves are made. Playing favorite music genre of a dancer improves the performance allowing for more high difficulty moves which result in higher tips. Clients gathered around that watch the dance gain appreciation for the dancer and throw money at the stage which directly benefits the dancer or the club.
Private Dancing uses the same new system, allowing creators to contribute animations and configure how involved the moves are. Dancing, rubbing, touching, or being naughty in any other way make clients really excited. And when they get far too stimulated, they may pay for more than just dancing. But let’s not ruin what has been developing for so long, after all, it’s all about teasing and letting them come back for more to increase profit. You wouldn’t want to give it all on the first night, would you?
Security [Future]
Every business comes with problematic customers that you need to deal with somehow. When running a club, you simply kick them out. At the current stage of development, implementing security employees is planned for the future to focus on the core of the business, the dancers. This includes a bouncer that lets customers inside and addition of a cover charge before entering. Usage of the Get Famous bouncer is functional, but it only depends on fame.
Introducing troublemakers and troubling situations is something that can wait for later, but you’re still able to shoo parasite clients.

hello i'm working on a strip-club (l'usine found in loverslab) , with 4 private lapdance room and i have i have a problem sometime that some dancer using the same room. in each room i have only one sofa configured , but sometime a dancer and the client enter in a room already taken by another lapdancer who make a private show , in spite of some other room are free. i think (but i'm not sure) it's the room are closed only when the dancer are in the room , if 2 dancer decide at the same time to make a private show , but if have nobody in the room , the 2 dancers go in nearest room who are free at the moment they decide to make a private show without consider , that another lapdancer have reserved the room

Also make sure that you download the mod properly and update all other mods, because sometimes other mods work in conjunction with this one. I tend to make mistakes myself lol

The owner can be an employee as well, but you need to jump through some hoops to do that. The requirement is a household with minimum 2 adult Sims. Send the Sim you want to be a dancer and an owner at the same time, and then hire them with the other Sim present in the club, and that's it. As for the differences, the current state of WickedWhims is equal for all releases out there, that is until the Strip Club update is out. 2019-10-03 20:17:17 +0000 UTCHey! When you test this problem, do you remove all other mods and leave just WW in? That test would help a lot as other mods can break WW and cause issues as well. One thing you can try is to make sure the "Auto Reset Bathing Outfits" setting is enabled, and then run both the "ww.fix_sim_outfits" command and the "ww.fix_sim_nude_outfit" command.

When you open the Body Selector menu, the parts that are displayed are constant cached variables that are always there and don't depend on anything to be displayed, so I'm finding it difficult to understand why would they not be there. Are you saying that on the same Sim, when opening the 'Female Body Top' menu, sometimes there are things to pick and sometimes not?

2019-09-18 01:29:08 +0000 UTCHey! Unfortunately the game doesn't have a concept of "doing something I'm clearly not trying to get laid during", Sims don't value tasks in that kind of way. There are certain ways of determining how important a currently running interaction is, but there is no guarantee that's actually the case. For the most part, the game mechanics have rules set for each and every interaction to prevent certain behaviors. WickedWhims attempts a similar implementation, but it's a lot more open. Adding more on top of it and recognizing more situations is a part of developing better sex autonomy, it's just not as black and white. Part of the game is how things can get unpredictable, and where it's easy to tell when something shouldn't happen in certain situations from your perspective, it's harder for the game to tell, and I wouldn't want to get too strict. In any case, learning about situations where you find sex autonomy to be simply unnecessary is helpful and lets me adjust things. Thanks!

2019-09-17 17:53:00 +0000 UTCI took some of my main sims friends to the jungle on a vacation and noticed that whenever I'd use the archaeology bench that other sims would ask my sim for sex on cooldown like clockwork. I didn't think much of it at first, but one of them was a teen, which seems to be breaking the barrier because my sim is a young adult. After playing for a while longer I noticed this persists when I'm doing other things like working a market stand or selling paintings off the big City Living canvas. I don't know what the cause could be, but you'd think they'd have a lesser chance of asking if I was doing something I'm clearly not trying to get laid during, but I knew straight away it had to be a bug if teens were asking my adult sims.

I do know that we can globablly set sexual preference in the console with the ww.preference_hetero/homo/bi/none command, but when I target a sim specifically and go into attractiveness/preference etc, I see that there is a disliked preference as well. My question is, is there or maybe will there be a command to globally or individually set sexual preference dislikes as well as preference likes? Technicality of how clothing works doesn't allow to modify clothing mesh for such purpose. The only way would be to create a separate clothing part in such state, but that introduces the issue of showing the penis through. On top of it, creating one clothing is just one clothing, but there is unlimited amount of clothing on the internet that would not be compatible.

It was twin girls, and as soon as they aged up to teen he resumed peeping normally. He even died of overexertion while watching the teenage twins.

In the past, peeping sims would show up to my lot look in a few different windows for a few minutes (real world time) - maybe start to strip and masturbate. NOW, a peeping sim shows up on the lot, looks in one window for 2 seconds then seems to change gears (clothes changes, the whim ends) and they walk away. I removed all the recent mods I added to see if there was a compatibility issue - and the problem still exists. The only thing I think this could be is that I added the "hidden trait" to a few different sims to turn them in to peeping sims, and I deleted the default Tom sim from the game. The only way that I know of to add such a trait is to at least temporarily play the househould, testingcheats to add the trait then UNfavorite the household to no long control them. I did this with 5 sims now. They do show up but walk away almost instantly. Ever since I did this the Voyeur peeping doesn't work the way it used to. Is there any other experiences like this and/or suggestions to correct it?

I do the best I can, but this will add a whole other level to that game play. In order to do this you have to have the sim in an active household to control them to add the trait (as far as I know). But just like gardeners, repairmen, maids, father winter, and other assigned roles - it appears once you add a sim to a household, they no longer act to do the role they were doing, it's as if they lose that ability? Am I missing something? I added Tina and Tom to a household with a few others added the trait to all of them. But since returning them to a unplayed (de-hearted) "not in this world" sim, none of them come around.

A feature i would like to see is the porn star, yes there is a mod that does that to a degree, but doesnt make use of the get famous packs studios, i had been playing arround with it in build mode and discovered that there is a paired marker for paired animations that doesn't appear to have any assigned animation, perhaps it would be possible to use this and clones of it to set up various sex animations to create a simulated porn flick option for the acting?

Right now, in case of private dances, I'm not really looking to make it complex to the level of handling multiple dancers per Sim. In real work scenarios that is pretty problematic as well. For pole dancing, you can have as many dancers as you want, but not in a coordinated dance, although that is not something that's set in stone, it can change, but complicates things as well, with something like tips.

They don't exactly fit the theme of strip clubs, and there are some complications about them if you want me to get into it, but I'm always glad to learn what users are interested in. I don't think I have the time to focus on anything else beside strip clubs with the upcoming update, it's a huge project, but after that I will be going over improving and fixing all other content.

Let me know what you think! Here it goes: - [ ] Sims receive a positive mood buff for sleeping with virgins. Virgins, on the other hand, can tend to become temporarily obsessed with their ‘first’ - [ ] Trait for exceptionally large “package” for male sims. Like a male version of sensually tight trait. People that sleep with someone with this trait receive a buff/moodlet because of it. - [ ] Aspiration of womanizer or man eater ie sleeping with as many people as possible. - [ ] Aspiration of ‘spreading seed’ and being father to X amount of children. Just some quick thoughts. Love your work!

The only way I've found to stop this is to delete one Sim. It's happened to one of my Sim's parents. I've used shift-click cheats to change the relationship back, relationship bits to change it back, and CAS as well. Nothing stopped it. It would always happen again at some random time, so I just deleted the mother to be done with it. If you absolutely have to have both Sims, you can create a new Sim and paste the face, body shape, and clothes with MC, then delete one and remarry the new Sims.

There are different designs of strip clubs, often with just one stage that rotate dancers every few songs. Making one with multiple spots should work just fine as well, as clients will watch whatever is there, but especially dancers that they like. I do see one downside of having the ability to claim a dancing spot per dancer, as it can cause problems with a "one stage" design. Having the ability for multiple dancers to use the same spot makes things quite complicated when you need to configure it manually.

Most of it is figuring out how to balance the whole thing which is something I can focus on a little later. Most of the club profit comes from selling alcohol, which I need to consider extending to allow for manipulation and subsequently business managing. Dancers obviously earn from tips and private dances. It's not ideal to take a cut from that, but that might be a mechanic. Depends if I need to do it for a better balance. On top of it, they do have a salary which you control. They should quit if the job is not worth it. And further down the road, profiting from cover charges would be an option. Maybe special services as well. Balancing the entire thing might be the hardest part of this project.

By creating a mixed club, one that has employees with different genders, you invite more types of customers to visit. It's the dancers that attract clients, so dancers gender and preference affects your club type.
