Update Annual Patron Comm Schedule

I will be more diligent in getting through these as I do have my work cut out for me to still get them done by the end of the year but I'm staying firm I will be able to. My plan is to maybe do weekend specific streams where I power through some since I tend to get a lot of work done on stream, but we shall see.
Reminder to anyone yet to submit, you have until the end of November as I'll be closing the form after that.
