With Steam's Nextfest fast approaching (5th Feb), I finally got around to releasing the free Steam Demo of Morningstar: Book of the Fallen. The demo takes you up to the end of Act II, so Day 35 (basically last public build).

Meanwhile I'm happily churning forward, and have reached day 45 of the mainline of the game. Act III's been incredibly dense so far, with 20+ events so far over the first 10 days.

Much like in Love of Magic, Act III is the turning point in the story; the MC now understands the world, as does the player... it has become time to flip the script a little, and introduce the other players.

The dream for Morningstar is getting it into Early Access around March, with Act III being completed.
