Resolving technical debt

As Love of Magic keeps growing (book 2 is already almost 2GB), I need to start doing some house-cleaning to keep the memory footprint down.

The biggest part of this is the character sheets; there are 66 characters in-game, all of them have at least one set of outfits, and each outfit is a 2MB-16MB texture. That worked fine when then game had 10 characters, but as it keeps climbing in Book 2 it's starting to make the game sluggish on medium end computers, and unplayable on lower end computers and android smartphones. Something had to be done.

The end result required a pretty intensive rewrite of the character system, switching it from pre-loaded to load on demand. I'm sure there's still some bugs to iron out, but it appears to be working. The Beta (which at one point hit the 0.1.33e, always a good indicator that the locusts are swarming, should hopefully be back to stable again, though lots of play is still needed to be sure.

Since I was in a coding kind of mood (after well over a week of writing story and animating stuff in putting together days 138 and 139) I also extended Akane's storyline a little. Akane has a reputation for being very hard to play; some hardcore poker players love her, but most people consider her poker abilities too hard to use. The new functionality adds in a new, easier to use skillset for her, and comes with a hopefully interesting side-story and new characters. 

The next 7-10 days of ingame time is going to be a bit more free and easy; I have some timelined events and some open events triggered by the events so far in act VIII, before the finale of the act. I've also got two side events I want to complete, and a Kingdom Event I might try to get done before I'm done. All bills in the goal is to finish this act in ~4 weeks.
