Research and observation. Anime body shapes may vary in style. If you have some style you like, go for it. Here's an example: I'm following Granblue Fantasy and I use their art as reference, nowadays also tracing reference to break down to basic shapes and lineart to get a gist of how they work and then try to "use that gist" for drawing of my own. Clip Studio Paint has also 3D model, so you may try that if you own the program or look up other 3D modeling program. And speaking of 3D, ArcSys games can provide you with references (screenshots from game or concept art) and 3D models. If you have anime game in mind, you might want to try looking for concept art or way to check model in 3D.
