Your choice will change the style of play.
The story progresses as the background and girls change without loading the scene or changing the playing position.
The difference from the story mode is that the animation of the play loops and you can ejaculate whenever you like.
If you want to enjoy the game in automatic progression as before, load the "Story Mode".
