Angewomon Helmet WIP
Added 2024-03-04 17:04:45 +0000 UTCSo yeah this was a wild ride, I pretty much searched all ends of the internet for a basic helmet shape and ended up having a cosplay friend help me size the template he made for my head. The first attempts are the two selfies of me trying it on and it ended up being WAYYY too big - too clunky for my liking- so i think i sized it down like a half inch and used 2mm foam instead of (5mm ?)to make the helmet less bulky. I then 3D modeled the circles for the helmet and printed those- i think my biggest jump for this project was definitely filling in the gaps from not connecting the foam correctly, i went over those seams sooooo many times. I think I used wood filler and kwik seal to smooth those over to the final helmet base! Then i used plasti-dip to cover the whole thing and sprayed it silver ^*^ only thing left is to work on the feathers and the helmet will be done! Ill post the final product soon :3
