⭕ 1. Beginning

🍒 1.1. How can I become your patron?

• Click on the button “Become a Member” on the top of your screen

• Read the Basic Rules of my Patreon page

• Select which Tier rewards you would like

• Press the Join button

• Enter your payment information

• Wait until the first week of next month to receive your rewards! :3

🍒 1.2. What exactly do these words and rewards mean?

• Hi-res - High-resolution JPGs (images). Usual up to 3532 x 5000 px)

• Steps - JPG steps file with different stages of artwork

• PSDs - Layered photoshop (non-original size) file with some stages of the artwork

• Wallpaper - 4k Image for your monitor background

• Poses pack - References for anyone who needs some inspiration for their art.

• Tutorial pack - Complete tutorial on how to paint/draw/etc., recorded and explained with subtitles. It may also include steps, PSD files, high-res renders, brushes, etc.

• Brushes - Photoshop .abr brushes file

• Lineart - High-quality clean lineart of my artwork with a transparent background, designed for coloring practice.

🍒 1.3. Are these rewards exclusive?
Of course, this content is not free and will only be provided to patrons. Please don’t distribute it elsewhere.

I am actively tracking those who intend to share or sell my content (or parts of it) without my permission, and I will take legal action without any prior notice

⭕ 2. REWARDS AND HOW IT WORKS

🍒 2.1. Will I receive all of your content?

You will only receive rewards for the active term currently running when you sign up as my patron. For example:

• January Term 1            01/01 - 01/31 (to receive it, you must join before 31st)

I will never post a 'paid post' before the 30th or 31st of each month (except in February, haha), which gives you a few days to withdraw after receiving your rewards, avoiding charges for the next term you don’t wish to participate in.

Please note, I am using the UTC+1 time zone. Compare it with your local time zone ~ UTC+1

🍒 2.1.1. What time does the Paid Post go live?

At about 22:00 Europe time (Winter)

At about 23:00 Europe time (Summer)

🍒 2.2. Can I make a custom Tier?
No custom tiers, please.  Any custom tier will be considered as a donation without any rewards.

🍒 2.3. What is a “Paid post”?

A paid post basically registers you for a specific Term and creates a list of patrons who paid for that Term's content. Once this post is live, you will no longer be able to sign up for content from the previous Term, and you will be automatically moved to the next Term’s content.

🍒 2.3.1. How the “Paid Post” works?

Unlike the usual monthly payment, the trigger for rewards here is a Paid Post. You need to be a patron when the post goes up in order to be charged. If you sign up after the post is published, the system won’t count you as a reward recipient, and you won’t be charged. Also, if you unsubscribe before the post is up, you won’t get the rewards. This means you must stay subscribed until the last day of the month, or subscribe before the last day

🍒 2.4. I'm now your patron. Why can't I access rewards? I can't see any links to download anything!

First, I want to express my sincere thanks for your support! I truly appreciate it! Patreon charges during the first week of each month (as long as you signed up before the 'paid post'). Once all the pledges are processed, I’ll send you a message on Patreon with the reward links

• 📍 The downloadable rewards are not included in the $1 Tier

🍒 2.5. When will I receive your rewards?

Please refer to the calendar I created for you ^^

You’ll receive a message from me between the 6th and 10th of each month with the download links.

🍒 2.6. Your links are down, and I missed my term for some (x) reasons. Is there any way I can get it?

Of course! If you've been charged, just send me a message on Patreon with the number of the term you missed. A screenshot of your payment for that specific term/tier would also be super helpful. I'll resend the link, but keep in mind I can only do this for terms that are no older than 3 months or 3 terms

🍒 2.7. I think I supported Tier 1-3 for Term X and didn't get a message from you with my rewards.

• Make sure Patreon has processed your payment. If your payment was processed after the 6th of the month, you’ll need to PM me yourself.

• Also, double-check that you’re in the correct tier for rewards. For example, if you're a Tier Basic ($1) patron, you won’t receive messages from me.

• Take a quick look at your Billing History to determine whether the issue is on my end or not.

After these steps, if you are certain that you have not received your rewards, please feel free to PM me 🙏

🍒 2.7.1. I didn't get my rewards!

There may be several reasons why you have not received your rewards:

•  You deleted your pledge before Patreon began processing payments.

• You pledged at the beginning of the new month.

• Your payment was declined. If that happened, you can hit 'Retry' in your billing settings.

• The payment has not gone through yet. If this is the case, please send me a PM once your payment has been successfully processed, as I don’t receive automatic notifications.

🍒 2.8. I'm thinking of learning how to draw from your videos.

I truly appreciate your support! However, please keep in mind that this is not an online educational course. I do not provide formal art education, and it is entirely up to you to develop your skills. This applies to all other artists you support, unless they are offering educational courses.

I am not an art teacher, and I do not create voice-over tutorials. If you are unable to learn from video processes without an audio explanation, I suggest seeking out another artist or enrolling in an art school

⭕ 3. HOW TO GET ANY OLDER PACK

🍒 3.1. I missed a previous pack, and I want to get rewards from this pack, but how?

Presently, I have 2 options to get the past full terms

• 1 — Through Tier 3 ($25)

 You can get 1 older Term per supported Term

• 2 — Through Tier 3 x2 (55$)

In this case, you will get 2 past terms per supported term.

🍒 3.3.  I'm Tier 3, how can I get my additional term?

Just wait until Patreon processes your payment between the 1st and 5th of the next month. You’ll get a message from me with the supported Term, and then I’ll send you another message with instructions on how to get the old pack.

⭕ 4. PAYMENTS AND DECLINED/REFUND CASES

🍒 4.1. When will my payment be processed?

All payments on Patreon will be processed between the 1st and 5th of each month.

🍒 4.2. What if my payment was declined?

This could be caused by several reasons:

•  Your credit card's company or banking declined transactions for Patreon. You'd need to contact your credit card's publisher and ask them how to fix it, or change your credit card.

• You are using a debit card that is not connected or registered as available for online transaction. Contact your bank to see what you should do about it.

• You don’t have enough funds in your bank account. Add some and update your payment settings.

• Make sure that you are not using a gift credit card to make the payment

•  You put in the wrong information for your cards. Double check it.

• After a fix in your credit card's info, please don't forget to retry the card. This will revert your status back to Pending and Patreon will come check it again within 48 hours.

Or, if you would like to contact Patreon yourself, you can Send a ticket to Patreon Support to ask about your status. They are usually quick to reply!

Please keep in mind that it is not my responsibility if Patreon declines your payments for any reason

🍒 4.2.1. How to prevent Declined payments?

You can set up a secondary payment method that will automatically kick in if your primary payment fails. You’ll avoid payment delays and be protected from losing access to membership benefits

🍒 4.3. I can get a refund?

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, and depending on the situation, I may or may not approve a refund. Please keep in mind that your pledge is for supporting the creator, not for purchasing products. The creator is not obligated to cover refund fees for any mistakes on your part. It’s like giving someone a gift and then saying, "Oops, I changed my mind - give it back and cover the shipping."

Cases when I don't make refunds:

• You’ve already received the rewards

• You asked for a refund after the 6th of the month

• You’re a $1 Tier Patron

⭕ 5. SUGGESTIONS POLLS / REQUESTS

🍒 5.1. How can I make suggestions for fanart?

Check out the link to the suggestions post in the Main Info and drop your suggestion!

⭕ 6. ART PROTECTION AND BAN SYSTEM.

🍒 6.1. Why are there watermarks everywhere?!

I constantly try to put my watermarks in a more comfortable place for you and me. The reason for this action is that some people don't respect copyrights and attempt to steal or sell them without my knowledge.

🍒 6.2. What means “Digimarc on” and how Digimarc affect me??

Some of my files might have an invisible watermark to protect my artwork from leaks.

If you're an honest patron, Digimarc won’t affect you at all - just join and enjoy! But if you plan to post my files on forums, Discord, or anywhere else with a wide audience, or sell them, it could get your account banned permanently.

I won’t refund the upcoming terms if I catch a leaker. I see it as small compensation for the damage caused. The leaker will be banned for good and won’t get a refund. Plus, I might report the issue to Patreon support and other artists.

If you steal someone else’s content, you're fully responsible for the consequences

🍒 6.3 How it will impact those who share your files online?

As soon as I catch someone leaking my content, they’ll be blocked instantly—no warnings, no appeals.

Patreon will also block all payment and system data of the leaker.

Their ID will be forwarded to Patreon support for the full blocking of their account and shared with other artists to prevent future leaks.

The leaker will also lose access to all rewards they’ve received in the past, as compensation for the financial and moral damage caused by their actions.

🍒 6.4. Why did you decide to resort to such measures?

I get that pirates want to grab everything for free, but I also get that I don’t want to work for nothing and risk the people who genuinely support me. Otherwise, what's the point of having a Patreon if everyone can just take everything without paying a 1¢?

🍒 6.5. Why did you block me?

There can be different reasons:

• Self-advertisement, chain letters, and other kinds of spam

• Bad ethical behavior (insults/swearing/etc)

• I caught you on unauthorized distribution of my files

• Your payment has been flagged as fraud
