Can't Play Videos?

1. Playing a 4K video requires a computer with a good muscle. So when you encounter those 4K video playback problems, firstly you need to verify if your computer meets the minimum requirements to play your 4K videos.
2. Update Graphics Drivers: Outdated or incompatible graphics card drivers can sometimes cause video playback issues. Visit the graphics card manufacturer's website to download the latest drivers for your particular model.
3. Try other video playback software: Since VLC and MPC HD are running fine, you can continue to use them to watch videos. These players are known for their wide format support and powerful playback features.
