And Dr. Baek is based off a real trauma surgeon in Korea (Dr. Lee Guk-jong) who actually battled problems that are portrayed in this series.. like the hospital caring more about money than saving lives (like he would call on helicoptors without permission like dr. baek lol) and lack of trauma surgeons due to poor environment as you can see in the show. this is also addressed in this episode when the anaesthesia attending tells Dr. Park not to lead the trauma center on if he's not going to actually sign up to be a trauma anesthesiologist. anyway,, loving you reactions!!!
