Female Jordan has enhanced agility, reflexes and powerful energy blasts. Is also superhumanly durable, but not to extent of their male form. Both forms are superhumanly strong (though male seems stronger) and they seem to have enhanced healing.” Also there’s a clip at some point in episode that shows the school rankings of the strongest or most popular supes and Jordan was #2 while Golden Boy was #1 , so that says something about their power and why they were able to take Golden Boy so easily in a fight.
