Well, in term of ranking, I would give a 9.5 for S1 and 10 out of 10 for S2. It's important to understand what he's been through to comprehend how much of a redemption it is. But Season 2 is an incredible depiction of what depression can be, how empty he was and how important little interactions can be in those moment. I think it can easily be underestimated but moments like farming, growing life basically or when he started to open up to Einar (even saying thank you). Those are big achievements. Things that are small but yet proves the growth he is experiencing. And how refreshing it is to see him not being overwhelmed by rage and anger. Since he was 6, we never got to see him smile nor laugh, having a conversation or even do a simple daily thing out of combat. It is globally a slower paced season, but when you are in depression or in burn-out, you are submerged in your thoughts and can't connect with the real world with the real time. A way out is trying to be in the present, to live the moment in order not to be flooded of dark thoughts that prevent you from having clear ideas. Hard to do without the proper activity. To have Sverkel teach him how to fish and tell him "You can learn one thing at a time", what an important statement. True life is not fast life. To cherish your life you have to cherish all the little things everyday and Season 2 is full of small things when not dealing with heavy subjects. Season 2 is, to me, the best anime I have ever got to watch.

2024-08-04 23:53:44 +0000 UTCwhat anime that u guys gonna watch for next?? ๐ cant wait ๐ mostly famous anime has alot episodes and still on going (need to wait for next season) such as demon slayer, jujutsu kaitsen, black clover old and completed story - death note. or u can react latest anime wich just drop lately, only has 12-13 episode like solo leveling, wind breaker, kaiju no.8 or u can just grab some anime legend movie. such as your name, grave of fireflies, spirited away. thats's all my recomendation ๐ sory for my bad english ๐ซฃ
