I adopted a kitten this weekend and I can't with you calling Ahjussi Mr. Sniffles 😂😂😂. That one is too damn "4 paws"! I love it! Jeff unlocked his Perception chakra a while ago! 😅... Or... he just more confident vocalizing his plot-related thoughts and the details he notices, sound more like it...either way, boys you're about to eat good. Finally, the plot will start the unravel itself for us. It already did. So it will be easier to digest without thinking that much about theories, which is normal because the first episodes just put the ingredients together without us knowing the recipe...and that's the fun of it, I'm excited to see...and hear your next thoughts! Let's go!!

it confirms on najus daughter until ep 16 so saying that its the daughter is kinda a spoiler when at this time all you have is a close up on someone suspicious to make you ask who is she but not until later on we find out who the daughter is and what happened

also to clarify with stuff you already know and without spoilers - the reason amazon is always looking for the children is because the powers pass to kids on as you guys already know, therefore he went to the hairdressers funeral in hopes to find her children ( when he killed her he asked if she had Kids and basically said it doesn't matter if you don't tell me, ill find them at your funeral). however at the funeral the shibal guy mentioned that all the kids there were adopted and her birth daughter passed away, so amazon would not find any children there with inherited powers. amazon looked sad because he is also adopted (as he mentioned when asked if he was an immigrant) hence him asking if the hairdresser was a good mother - which will make more sense as you learn more about amazons back story. also I think that amazon only walked past mr electrics funeral because it happened to be in the same building and I don't think he realised that his kid (the bus driver) was there

Loved this episode too. Obviously, you'll see a lot of backstories to better understand the present. When they showed Mr.sniffles with the bully we can see his eyes changing at 40:40 (like lizard eyes). And yes, Jeff you're right, the fight with the bullies was not a long time ago when they began the last semester. Hee soo has been transfered to finish this semester.

it's funny she looks exactly what, nerds? like study nerds in Korea. the hair band and full tied up hair. school girls who only do study usually looks like that in korea. so she looks like she never fought someone that big or hurt that big. becuase her style and everything doesn't look like those kind of person. and in Korea, there are about 20~30 students in 1 classroom spending 9~13hours together. we don't move around like US. we have 1 teacher per classroom. 1 class pres, 1 vice pres and of course, there were always 1 bully group per classroom. imagine you spend 10 hours a day with them. it's seriously violent environment to everybody.

I heard that one of the reasons bullying is so rampant in Korea is that the laws are so protective of minors that it's to the point where it's really tough to prosecute even criminal behavior. As far as teachers not showing up, not totally sure but I think all these bullying scenes in K-dramas takes place during study hall. I think study hall should also be supervised but apparently they aren't in Korea!

Also, Frank himself wrote his name on that piece of paper at the funeral reception. That was a guestbook. I think he went there to see the children of the deceased—he told the hairdresser that he would see who her kids were at her funeral—but the kid he met turned out to be adopted. Someone else mentioned it in the comments but the kid said the biological daughter was dead even though the camera shows someone at the funeral who's likely her (so not dead).

Oh, a non spoiler comment: I'm pretty sure the reason Huisoo was the only one who got in trouble was because even though the 17 bullies beat her up, she had no wounds to show for it. Even with video evidence showing how the others beat her up, they could simply say that it wasn't real coz she wasn't hurt. The bullies, though.. we saw how badly hurt they were 😅 Also, still sh*t how no one, especially teachers!! came to protect their students or even stop fights. It's so common in dramas, and I wonder how real that is.

Quick note about the scene where the dad is collecting money from the cell phone dude: men from the province of Gyeongsang are known to be manly and tough (almost thuggish at times). The dad is saying that that's where he's really from with his actual Gyeongsang accent while the cell phone guy is faking it and pretending to be a tough guy. So the dad was calling is bluff. FYI JK, Suga, Jimin and V are all from Gyeongsang Province, and you can see them play up the stereotype as a joke sometimes.

Fun story to tell about a fight I actually got into when i was a junior in hs: -(for context, it was around 6:30am on a wed in the cafeteria before classes started for the day) Me and my bestfriend (we’re both females by the way), got into a fight when we were in hs. The girl who started it almost gave me an eye injury from chucking a pen in my direction while i was doing work for class. When that happened, i looked down the lunch table and saw some underclassmen laughing, thinking it was funny. I got pissed and said low but loud enough for the girl to hear on purpose, “that fucking bitch!”. Then she had the audacity to yell down the table, “what the fuck did you just say?!” And i responded, “I CALLED YOU A FUCKING BITCH!! BITCH!” And then she basically asked if i wanted to fight while storming towards me with a cup of water. She threw that water in my face. And instinctively, i had a big styrofoam cup full almost to the brim of apple juice and threw it in her face and soaked her clothes with it. After that, with a shocked look on her face she looked at me like she was going to swing at me, but my bestfriend jumped in and pushed her into the lunch table and started cussing her out. That’s when i said, “yeah, fuck this. It is too damn early for this shit. I’mma go get a teacher.” And then that’s when all three of us got taken to the principals office. Me and my bestfriend got 1 day of in school suspension for cussing. And the girl who started the whole thing got 5 days of in school suspension for starting the fight, cussing and being a disturbance. All i have to say is, after that, anytime that girl saw my bestfriend and i, she would go a different direction to avoid us. But to add, both me and my bestfriend are not fighters. But the moment you touch one of us, i just don’t know how psycho we can get though. I usually will throw hands and do damage because i get suicidal when i fight. Idgaf about how badly i or the other person gets hurt because i black out when i’m fighting and just see red. My bestfriend becomes a whole different person when she fights back. She a whole demon when she starts throwing hands, feet, elbows, knees and any object she within reach. She’s kinda like the male lead from weak class hero when she fights. But this is as long as you don’t touch us.

Yes, Huisoo takes after her dad in terms of powers/abilities, the compassion and standing up for herself was from her mom. I also wanted to add that Huisoo entered that fight not knowing she had powers, she found out through the fight, which makes it even more impressive. Also, the girl from the funeral was Naju's daughter, that's why they were talking about the daughter right before they showed us that girl.
