So glad you guys are reacting to MTH, it reminded me of what an amazing show it is. Hope you guys enjoy the remaining episodes, it gets really great. In general Geu Ru and his dad are not there to necessarily 'solve' the reasons for these deaths but more like deduce through their personal belongings what they treasured or the kind of lives they were leading / living. That's how in some cases they understand how they died too.

I love how Geu-ru says it, "the dead leaves behind a story and it is only if we are willing to listen, will we be able to hear that story." As you said from ep 3, there are individual stories and within each episode, they will show glimpses of the main character's story! I am so glad you love the show as it is honestly a cherished drama by many!
