I love the look the Gym Trainer gave Madam Representative. If the look, after she voted for him to be kicked out, he gave her could kill.. she'd be dead in a heartbeat. Mans was big mad.

The lawyerโs wife is not stupid, sheโs actually smarter than her husband. Sheโs just really kind and like ppl so sheโs not scared to help other but her husband is selfish and slow minded but think heโs smarter than everybody bc he went to college. Their couple is a very interesting way to show how some ppl in Korean culture think less of the others bc of their background :/

๐ข I just saw a post about his funeral so sad he was in so many hit dramas just last year and to think he was in treatment battling a disease.

Not something I wanted to see when I opened to comments. This is so shocking I loved his characters and his acting. May he rest in peace.

For those who don't understand Na Chul, a famous Korean actor best known for his roles in Vincenzo and Weak Hero Class 1, passed away earlier today as a result of worsening health difficulties. Na Chul is the brother of the writer

I thought the same. Mainly because of her character, sheโs super uptight and doesnโt seem like someone who would just let anyone younger call her noona unless theyโre super close or related.

Yes I know that. But when i watched the drama the first time ,that what I understood. That she got him the job because he is her little brother. To be using Noona with an older female you gotta be reeaaaally close, usually girlfrind or older sister. Sometimes when you're really good friend, but it's not something you say that easily. And to me they don't seem like good friends and they're not dating. I might be wro g but I definitely understood it that way when watching it. And sometimes the subtitles are misleading so you don't understand exactly the sense of the phrase.

noona doesn't always mean biological sister. it can be used as an endearing term for older female you're close to. same as oppa.

If I'm not wrong, the woman who want to become the building representative is the sister of the guy infected in the gym. I think it was in the last episode, he called her Noona, which can be translated as older sister, as explained in an other comment.

When I watch these types of shows I was always like... oh come on! People are not that stupid in real life. This is such an exaggeration!!! Then Covid happened and I'm like... Ok, I guess people really are that stupid. And now whenever I see some dumbass character wanting to go out and get their phone for content I'm thinking... yea I can totally see people doing that.

Great reaction! Glad you're enjoying this show (& yes, some people act very stupid in times of crisis- get ready!)
I think you asked if you're missing something about the rooftop? They ran up to the rooftop & then locked that door bc the rooftop connect 2 building units. They're in building 101 but 101 & building 102 share the rooftop (102 & all other buildings have infected people.) So they ran up to lock that door.

ahjussi is how you refer to older male like saying mister or sir and ahjuma is for older females like ma'am or madame. Usually ahjussi and ahjumma terms are for someone older who could be like middle aged so some people feel offended if they aren't that much older and get called ahjumma or ahjussi. Oppa is how females call an older male like brother and noona is how males call an older female like sister. Hyung is how male calls an older male and unnie how female calls an older female, usually these terms are used when they are closer in age like a brother or sister. Chingu is how you say friend but that's usually someone who is the same age as you otherwise you would use one of the other titles. Then their is other titles but usually these are the main ones as due to age and status you would use an honorific title when speaking to them so you would hardly use their names.
