I agree. A lot of people didn't like this season as much as season 1 but I think it was great and an excellent transition from s1 to the scale and intensity of s2

Ok....reaction thoughts.... I don't think I ever thought about my expectations for the show, but I REALLY liked what Jeff said about "hitting a base" rather than a homerun....I think overall, that's loosely how I feel about the season... Y'all did the same thing I did lol I thought my Netflix replayed S1, E1 because it was so similar. But the difference is, the father came to talk to him first, last season, it was his brother. Arisu was attached to the guy who got shot because it looked like HIM. If you noticed, the guy was wearing the same green shirt and colorful shorts that Arisu was wearing while playing the game. For a while, I thought that maybe he was sucked into the very games that he was obsessed with playing...especially since he tried so hard to save the other guy...but that kinda came and went.... Also, Usagi did not see the girl who gave up and got shot...that was Ann (Letty) who saw that. What triggered Usagi was a newspaper/magazine story about her father's disappearance/suicide....that, coupled with what Arisu said put her in her feelings... I don't score shows like you guys do, but I do think my rating is probably lower than y'all's. There was too much harshness. The action scenes were too intense/unrealistic and the quiet scenes were too quiet/boring. But you can definitely see EXACTLY where they spent their budget. I will say that something RJ said really struck gold....but I won't say what until we get further along to avoid spoilers/lower expectations.... Great reaction guys!

Just finished the season...I'll hold my thoughts until we get closer to the end...but bruh...all that money and all these stylists and they couldn't upgrade that horrid blonde wig/hair on Chisiya? Whew....the faux locs were also a no-go...lol But I'm excited to see y'all's reaction....isn't this the 1st S2 show that y'all have reacted to? Merry Christmas Eve guys! 🎄🎁❤️

I still prefer Squid Game, I just think it's better written. The writing actually made me care about the characters when Alice in Borderland didn't.

S2 definitely not as good as S1. This season it feels like the chemistry is missing. The best friendship carried S1 and some of the CG looks cheap

FINALLY! I got my popcorn and Snuggie and I'm ready to binge watch! They're doing way too much standing out in the open! The King of Spades has guns and grenades for Pete's sake! When Arisu saved the kid in the green shirt (the same color that he was wearing IRL while playing the game) that made me think that maybe they're trapped in a video game as the non-player characters who get shot for points?

so excited to watch with you guys, also i recommend 'the uncanny counter' for the serious and comedy plot, also something like sad korean dramas like korean drama 'beautiful worlds' and 'tomorrow'

I spent all day, today, bingeing the 2nd season. The only thing I haven't seen is the end of the last episode. I can say the storyline is good, the interaction between characters is good, and once again there are life lessons. Maybe it is too soon and I am experiencing bias but I feel like the two seasons are eqaul. Only difference is that the difference in budget can be felt.

This is taking me back to when I first fell in love with your channel and chemistry as friends. The Squid game/AIice in Borderland S1 era was so good! The first guy getting blown up, the Jeepers creepers scene and the sudden cheeks on the screen in this episode had me shook like you guys too lmao! Glad we can go on this journey together again. <3
