May - Mom Month
Added 2022-05-03 15:53:27 +0000 UTCHello everyone. Sorry I didn't deliver my usual drawing or two at the end of last month, but I was a bit ill for a while. I'm better now, and I have a few near completed drawings I wanted to share. Right now these are mostly done, but I'm in the "color blocked / effect blocked" stage of artist block with these ;_; Anyway, those of you who follow me regularly know that every May I try to focus on mom related drawings... AR, mom-daughter swaps or just cute moments and that sort of thing. I already have this in progress Andrea drawing, but I also wanted to try some things out with Mei / Ming, Sharon McGee, and maybe try a shot at a few new moms. Any suggestions are more than welcome, I'll try to even see if I can deliver more sketches ;) Take care.

I got a good idea. Since Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 just came out, how about having Mommy Long Legs taking care of Poppy like a baby. Poppy wearing a shorter version of her dress, along with being in a messy, poppy flower printed diaper. And Mommy Long Legs is preparing to change Poppy’s messy diaper.

She said in the first half of the second season that her mother always ignored her because of Eda's issues/the curse. She moves in with her mom for a few episodes and I'd think it would be adorable to see Lilith in a diaper and bib getting bottle fed or in a highchair while getting fed by her overbearing mother.

(If you’re open to suggestions on that front, maybe some toying around with ideas regarding the ritual? I’m not saying that one of Mei’s friends stumbling onto a now three-year-old Mei struggling to make her newly-infantilized mom from drooling on her Tamagotchi would be cute, buuuttt…) As for other suggestions, maybe something with Ms. Noceda and Vee (if not Luz outright) from Owl House? Emily and Candice from Close Enough (legit, they just did a “mom regression” episode in the most recent season) or Mariner and Carol from Star Trek: Lower Decks (cue punchline about a holodeck daycare simulation)?
