The move was a solid 8 for me on its own (idk how to feel about the ending) and it's deff a movie you need to rewatch to fully understand eveverything that lead up to the reveal. That said, even tho it was an 8 for me, getting to watch it with you made it a 10. ILYSM lucy ❤️ ❤️

2024-12-05 06:41:40 +0000 UTCOh man time for another GFE review. This is a nice change of pace in terms of Lucy kind already decided on what kinda of movie she wanted to before hand. I don’t know how she managed to do it, but it’s impressive nonetheless to go into fight club blind after all these year’s. I’m a be real fight club is on of the gayest films and I don’t mean that in a derogatory way. The movie is abundant with homosexual imagery and metaphors. So much to the point where you have to just acknowledge the fact that it plays a part in the film and the overall theme. Now looking at the movie purely as an entertainment factor. It’s pretty good. Honestly early 2000 movies tend to fucking suck for whatever reason but fight clubs really good Example of a solid story with a legitimate twist. My only gripe is not necessarily even with the movie itself, but just a culture that it brings. This is such a Redditors favorite movie and I mean that in the worst way. Anytime I hear the generic “oh this relates so much to society and how we need a raise up against our oppressive 9 to 5 bosses and start a new world” I just grown a little bit and just wanna shake them and tell them “hey life just kind of sucks sometimes, you ain’t the main character, put the fries in the bag” but I really don’t think that’s the films fault. So what’s Lucys? GFE rating? It’s pretty good nothing too crazy. Don’t get me wrong seeing Lucy PHATT PAWG model always makes me go Woof woof woof but this is probably the most I’ve seen her invested, in a movie. She’s asking questions, constantly making quips, but there’s definitely been points throughout the movie where she’s just focusing in on the story and enjoying it and it’s just really cute to see that. Maybe not the BPGF experience I was looking for, but it’s still cute to enjoy film with someone that is genuinely invested into it. GEF gets a high 7/10 nothing too crazy happening, but just an overall good time

Was heaps of fun watching the movie with you as always. I'm honestly shocked how many of us hadn't actually seen it. As always thanks for an amazing night.
