The dark atmosphere, while creepy, doesn’t make any logical sense, which makes me mistrust the filmmaking.

This one is good because it lays the ground work and gives you the plot, but Sinister 2 is fantastic! Similar main idea, but the different plot is SO GOOD. Plus if you like deputy so and so (aka Eddie lol) you will love Sinister 2! He’s a big part of it!!

2022-10-09 01:32:46 +0000 UTComg i remember when i first watched this movie, i was with my friends having a sleepover and i fell asleep near the end and i will never forget waking up to the sound of the end credits, in a dark living room and everyone else was asleep😭 the end credit song creeped me tf out and it still does

It got to a point where I had to take a break from the film as I got quite fatiqued with it but coming back to it recently, it's still one of my favourite horrors of recent memory. Wasn't a big fan of the sequel but I am happy to re-watch it and give it another shot
