Then I thought to myself, "just like with Ed Warren, she's gonna love Elise by the end of the second movie for sure!" So like I said, I called it! Hahaha! 🤣 And great reaction by the way. Really enjoyed rewatching these with your zany but lovable personality. Gonna watch Chapter 4 tomorrow.

If i recall correctly, Leigh Whanell said The Man Who Can't Breathe is supposedly the embodiment of misery and a physical manifestation of cancer. It can be found in an interview here, https://youtu.be/3j34g79yynk It's theorised that during the window scene, the patient likely threw themselves out of the window rather than live on in that state but that appears to be the only bit of true backstory we have.
