Lets say a monkey's paw falls on your head and it wants you to pick 3 anime/manga that never finished. When picked the writers of those three mangaka will come back to life, be fully healed or get a huge burst of inspiration. Whichever stopped them from finishing or made them slow down. Then a huge burst of energy that made them finish their story in under a week. Whether that be drawing 10 more volumes or 10 more chapters depending on how much of the story they feel is left. And all three manga get mappa level anime adaptations after the manga/lightnovel comes out. But after you pick the three shows, Oda loses all interest in writing One Piece and never finishes the story. You also cannot use the paw to finish One Piece. Also the paw will have no effect on the quality of the writing. For example, if you used the paw on dragon ball back when the cell saga was being released nothing would have changed. The cell and buu saga would have concluded the same way they do now. They would have just come out faster. The quality of the ending is completely dependent on the writer and their vision for the show. You can also use it on shows/books that never finished and they will also get an anime adaptation. So stuff like Speculator Spider-Man, Game of Thrones (the show ended but not the books), etc. The anime will be 100% faithful to the original source. So would you rather have 3 of your favorite unfinished manga/anime/lightnovels/tv shows/books finally have an ending. Or continue as normal experiencing One Piece with the hope that it ends in your lifetime?
