Preview - Saber (Semi Realistic)
Added 2024-02-03 06:09:31 +0000 UTCA bonus release for my supporters this week celebrating FATE 20th anniversary.
This is independent to normal releases, so there will be two more Early Access releases this weekend as usual.
Its a bit nostalgic for me since I've been a fan of the series for a long, long time. Way back when the VN first came out, it would have been unthinkable how popular the franchise would be now with a number of anime series, games and media.
When I first discovered FATE, the only English website that covered the VN on the internet was the Beast's Lair forum and the running meme at the time was that Fate Hollow Ataraxia would never get a complete English translation due to how obscure F/SN was.
Never mind doujins, even fanart was seen as a rarity at that time and the first anime came as a complete (pleasant) surprise. And the rest is history.
I'm really hoping for a Fate route remake, fingers crossed.
The scene comes with a VaM default height and canon height scene, for each hair shader (directional and specular hair) so there's four scenes total.
I made some improvements on the Unity hair shader, tweaks to normal maps, emission settings etc so there should be some improvements over previous looks. Directional lighting is still needed though.
