Mori comes with her scythe as an accessory. The veil is its own separate CUA atom that can be removed independently.
Clothing like her dress, cloak, and arm sleeve have clothing physics applied. The physics slider can be adjusted for scenes or for posing.
Other than this, the usual colliders have been applied for her head, body and shoulders to minimise clip through from her CUA hair.
Remember to save and merge load the Collider Editor preset that comes with the scene.
