Update for Crimson and Ruby Tier Requests in November

Once again, thank you all for your support, I hope I can keep producing works for you all to appreciate. The issue is quantity, rather than quality, and with more requests coming in each month it becomes more difficult to keep a balance. If things continue to grow, request polls may become the way moving forwards.
Start planning what you want to request for November, and keep an eye on the deadlines for submission. I won't be accepting requests or commissions outside the submission times from this point on,
