Update Dec 7th (In the Bleak Midwinter)

Wow! I'm really surprised by all the new features and updates that Patreon is implementing. They're making it much more better. Separating the posts to see for the right tier everyone subbed to makes it redundant that I have tags linked to the old post. It's pretty cool that you can now sort my media type, tier, and month as well as sort from "Newest to Oldest" or "Oldest to Newest."

I'll have to take some time to set up a better system and clean up the posts. I'm planning for a change coming soon.

Starting to show some preview images from higher tiers to lower tier to get the gist of what the comics are going to be. Originally I was planning to post the preview images onto my other platforms, but a patron pointed out that I should show some preview images from the upper tiers. I think this is a good idea hence why I've posted several images from the tier 3 Halloween story for all patrons to see. Thanks for the feedback.

Anyway, update for this week. This week was pretty good. I was able to render on a consistent basis. Albeit, I didn't hit my goals each day, I was able to catch up and render one them images! I'm starting to learn some new things to help me work much better.

The other comics had scenes with more reflective surfaces. I believe that surfaces such as glass and mirrors and other shiny surfaces can slow render time. Like a lot! The image would be very noisy. But working on this Swapping Jokers' scene was so much more faster. I aim to have render iterations around 1250-2000+ and the time to render ranges from 10-30 minutes. This is what I'm aiming for my workflow. This allows me to set up the scene and render. Pose, change some settings, and hit the render button again.

What does take up more time is making custom morphs to make the image look good. Such as fix poke through if there are no morphs. Fixing skintight breast clothing to make it look more natural. Create custom morphs for skinsuit effect, squishy boobies and ass grabs. Undressing morphs for clothing (more complicated to figure out...). These are fun to make, but it takes time and its generally not reusable more than one scene because there may be some way it affects the geometry at a different pose. I'm hoping to find a more streamlined workflow to this process, but it worked good this week. Creating custom morphs can range from it's complexity to what I'm aiming for. The time it takes can range from 30 minutes to probably an hour or more. But the repetition helps hammer it into my head so its good. Plus it gives me time to experiment with Blender! :D

I may consider using Clip Studio in my process once I get another hard drive storage. I think I was confusing it to be a large file size. After thinking about it, I may consider switching since it isn't too bad. Its a give and take in which software I want to use. On one hand, I love the ease of use of Comic Life 3, yet Clip Studio Paint offers flexibility to make the comic more unique.

3 more Halloween stories to start. 3 more Halloween to complete. And 3 more comics to start for the previous months. I need to end the year strong. Two more days of college and I'm free. I'm eager to work on my Patreon and see what other projects I can work on.

Thanks for being here. :)

p.s. Peaky Blinders is so awesome. "In the Bleak Midwinter." I fockin love Alfie. He is such a hilarious character. "Shalom, Arthur, Shalom." I dead ass cracked myself when Tom Hardy had his Bane voice! Loved it!
