Year In Review December

Well we've finally made it to the last of the year, part 1. December was a busy month. I asked quite a few models to come up with Christmas themed shoots. I had a couple of models come through wanting to shoot even though it was one of the coldest Decembers on record around here. And I asked a model duo that I've worked with in the past to do a remote shoot, Shaylene and Scarlet. They agreed even if it was an early start for them. Mischkah was the first of my December shoots, and the woman never disappoints. She can make an old abandoned window frame sitting on the floor look good. Then Elle and I shot a bit of lingerie in her home in London. Then Vivian happened to be visiting friends in Las Vegas and called and asked if I wanted to shoot her at a couple of her bucket list locations, the cement plant and Valley of Fire. It was on the cool side, but when the sun was out it was very pleasant. All in all it was a perfect day for a shoot. Arabella (Elle's friend) offered to shoot from her newly acquired home in England. She and I previously shot in her studio, but her new (old) house is really a wonderful place to shoot. It seems that things were starting to warm up at the end of the year. There's one more 2022 post remaining featuring Taylor and Cait (Taylor messaged me and wanted to set something up as they traveled through), Merrique (of course I couldn't end the year without a shoot with Merrique), Ciara, and Veronika. They'll be starring in next week's post, the final 2022 YIR post. Then we'll be onto 2023. I've got a whole lot more to share with you guys (new models and old models) so stay tuned.
