Laura and I shot this set when she was in Nevada for a fashion workshop last October. This is the second set from this shoot. She excitedly messaged me and said she had been accepted for the model lineup again this October and is looking forward to shooting with me again. This was the first time we had met and it was just like old home week. She and I meshed. Usually there are some first shoot jitters, but not with Laura. She went through the entire shoot and selected her favorites. There were going on 150 or so photos that she liked. These are a portion of her selection and a few of mine thrown in. She is absolutely comfortable with her body and posing. I must admit that her hair length poses a problem with the processing a bit, but it's just a little problem. She has a wonderful figure and is really particular about the photos. She absolutely loved these however.
The weather started out cloudy and rainy but not hard to work in. Laura and I spent the day shooting at three locations, two of which I hadn't shot at before but had identified as possibilities. Both were right next to the highway but we were able to duck behind some cover when vehicles passed us. Laura wasn't too shy about them seeing her anyway. Most of the time we were shooting she was completely nude, but did use a cover up that she had seen used by another model. It really didn't cover much. All in all, it was a great shoot with a lovely model. She lives in Washington state so any of you photogs passing through there HMU and I'll get in touch with her.
As always, thank you for your support. I really do appreciate it. And thank you for your patience as I muddle through the slow Wyoming internet speeds. I've been looking into Starlink which is Elon Musk's satellite network. It appears to be just what the doctor ordered for rural internet service and after last weekend (4 days without phone or internet service) I think it's time for a change. We originally were on satellite service with HughesNet, but that's another story in itself.
