Recently mentioned how you like the VHS 'stuff.' 📼❤

I cannot tell you just how much that one comment warmed my weird lil heart. 👽🥰

I love my tapes, but I know most of my members aren't here to see vhs tapes. 😛

Even in the vhs community I don't really feel like I "fit in" or that my tapes are cool or rare to most people, but it's a fun thing for me.

I like having my extensive collection of weird movies that I organize & display. & re-organize.. & re-organize again.. 🤓😜

Every September on Instagram there's a daily prompt for vhs lovers to follow and post/show off some of our tapes.

Every year I get super excited about VHSeptember, but then I only end up posting like 4 out of the 30 days.. 🙃

This year was a little different. I actually took pics &/or videos for 29 out of 30 days! 🤯 Buuut... still only shared about 4-5 of those to Instagram.

I've found myself using ig less as I get older. It makes me feel jealous & self-conscious & weird a lot of the time. 😅 Too many gorgeous girls I guess.. 🙈

I will post something & it gets 4 likes so then I don't post anything for weeks & the same thing happens. It's a vicious cycle & it's why i don't spend much time on ig anymore. 😝

But I shared MOST of my VHSeptember posts to my FB page. They also didn't get much attention bc I'm "bad" at social media & promoting myself. 🤪

Anyway...

All that to say -

I was SO happy to read that someone here likes my VHS stuff bc me too! 😁

& I'll probably share more. 😋

Also, these are all pics of me from LAST VHSeptember. Over a year ago. That's why my hair is so short. 😉
