話說,我發現我唔係要參加健美比賽嚟講,操野真係唔使話操得好密,反而俾多啲時間身體修復/休息(一星期只操最多三次最少一次),然後每次都出盡力,反而效果仲明顯😇 體脂率降咗10% + 之後,我對波就變得冇之前咁飽滿😩 尤其是上胸,成個形由一個壽包,變到小竹筍咁😂
不過隨着我操野年資增加,我發現長出來嘅肌肉,開始填補返上胸嘅缺失,而且有少少支撐到中至下胸,不過特色(我唔想講話係缺點)係,如果唔特別用手或bra托起對胸,仔細睇肌肉同脂肪嘅斷層都幾明顯😂
