[Update] the better kind of update

oh my god guys, I'm so sorry.πŸ˜–

So I just made myself so much happier by cleaning up this NVIDIA Shader Cache thing.

Ok so I'm gonna write a novel about what happened, I had been feeling so frustrated but my mood is so good right now.

My pc had been having this stuttering issue for a long while, whenever I use either Blender, 3DsMax or SFM, the screen lag every few seconds, and it does that sometimes when I play video games as well. I thought it's just because of my old CPU, but the problem was getting so much worse since this month, it lagged the shit out of my SFM, giving me headache from just trying to adjust the position of a single bone(model bone), and my Blender would just straight up crash after like an hour.

I don't know why, but it only sometimes happened when I play video games, and since I didn't play much games recently, I never looked into it. Until yesterday when I loaded up Half-Life 1, the 1998 game, and it stuttered like crazy which makes no sense. So I looked up what happened, and tried a few solution, and I found out, it's that like Elden Ring stuttering thing that you have to clean up your graphic card's shader cache (hope you know what I'm talking about). I cleaned up that shit, reinstalled my driver, and did a disk cleanup for my C drive. And holy shit, it's all solved.

I just went on and did so much stuff in SFM and wow that felt so good.

I guess you can tell I was feeling frustrated doing animation from the last post. Oh well, now I'm sad I lost so much time that I could've had, even probably could finish the video by now. damn.

Ok, I'm gonna drink some water and eat something now.

everyone go clean your shader cache now

this seems like a big common problem that could fact everyone but these vcard manufacturers don't talk about it. I'm so glad this nightmare had ended.

My bf had a very similar issue on his Linux box when he was trying to run a 3DS emulator. Clearing the shader cache made a big difference.
