Lisa turns the MC into a petite girl who is jealous of every woman who has more curves than her (with the memories of "Tina" stinging in particular). Tim starts to come on to the MC. The MC tries to resist, but Lisa makes her turned on by the fact a man would still choose her despite her lack of curves. Lisa suggests that Tim and the MC go out for a while, with the MC believing she'll maybe catch a break this way and have an easier time resisting Tim when Lisa isn't around. But in fact, Tim steadily becomes more aggressive in public and the MC starts to feel the secret exhibitionist tendencies Lisa implanted in her before they left (with shame being equal to and fuel for the arousal). Perhaps if that part is already long enough by itself, a part 3 could involve Lisa catching up with them in public and changing the MC steadily throughout the exhibitionist displays in public--- finally but gradually giving the MC the curves she's been wishing for as Tim continues to tease her.
