I’d like to take a moment to talk with you.

As many of you already know, I’ve been dealing with a lot of personal challenges for some time now—both health (physical and mental) and financial issues, and now problems with the patreon page and banks. I’ve been trying my best to handle everything without letting it affect the page, since I depend on it for my livelihood and, above all, out of respect for your support.

For those who are new here, let me briefly explain: each illustration I publish takes me about a day and a half of work in front of the computer, often 12–14 hours a day. For years, I worked nonstop, seven days a week. I pushed myself far beyond my limits to try to deliver good work for you and to make the page succeed. But instead of solving problems completely, I let them pile up because I relied so heavily on the page. Now I find myself sick and more exhausted than I’ve ever been—especially after what happened to my accounts. My physical and mental health are truly worn down.

I don’t want to stop creating, and I sincerely ask for your help. Please take a moment to answer this survey—it means the world to me.

Patreon has a feature that allows creators to temporarily freeze their page and then resume later without affecting current subscribers. I’ve never even considered this option because I’ve always feared it could hurt the page; I know many people might not want to wait and could cancel their pledges.

I know this situation is far from ideal. I’ve been denying reality just to keep going, but I need to be honest with you—I’m not doing well. If I don’t take this step, I’m afraid my health could suffer even more, and I also have my elderly parents to care for.
