2025-12-14 15:36:03 +0000 UTCMinor correction to the text: 2nd page, 2nd paragraph has Hippolyta thinking about Lucien's return to Themiscyra from fighting Grail before anyone could really register what had happened...you write "up and arms" instead of "up in arms". Also? I'm rather unimpressed with the "solution" that Hera, Persephone & Aphrodite pitched for solving the life debt owed by the Amazons that Lucien resurrected (that we know now Hippolyta metaphorically consolidated and took onto her own shoulders by abdicating and swearing fealty to Lucien, which still feels like Hippolyta is taking away her subjects' AND Lucien's free will IMO), since isn't part of the myth of the Amazons that Hippolyta was SAed by Heracles? Being forced to have sex with Lucien and get pregnant, so he may take the eventual offspring, feels like a huge punishment that the goddesses are not making clear is a punishment for unilaterally deciding how to solve the supposed honour debt issue without consulting them. I'm very glad that Lucien is willing to tell the three deities off for their ploy.

And forcing snu snu when that is clearly something Hippolyta doesn't want at the moment, so best let that crush she is starting to get grow naturally. Third it would be funny as hell if Death pops in with Diana and proposes A. an engagement to Diana ( A twist on the life for a life debt) B. Just make Lucien an honorary Amazon in recognition of the great service he did, which would allow him to set foot on Themyscira (Diana's idea). C. Death says for one or all three of the goddess's to be a "playmate" for a night, since she enjoyed helping our boy break in Lady Gothom and want's to have another go at it. (Still waiting to see a mention of how Lady Gothom is being clingy in some way.... Oh wait would the Omega beams work on her? She may show up first chance and ask Lucien to blast her with it. Maybe wait on her showing back up until she prefers being their pet or something.)
