If he tries to take her back to LuthorCorp, the entire League - or at least the Trinity - will be constantly inserting themselves into his business in the name of ensuring Grail's contained and that he's not going to finally break bad via having access to a Daughter of Darkseid; and if he hauls her to the Watchtower for incarceration, he is going to have to be her jailer 24/7 till he either fucks her civil or discovers that her hostile behaviour is artificially driven and fixes it a la Harley Quinn. And the League will flip their collective shit over either method.
