Dang it, this is where I am going to have to stop reading for a while on this story till I go back and play through the phantom liberty dlc.

2025-09-16 16:27:54 +0000 UTCAs much as the setup for Phantom Liberty feels like a re-skin of one of the John Carpenter "Escape from..." (mainly the original, NYC set one) films, So Mi definitely feels like a far more palatable task-giver than Lee Van Cleef or Stacey Keach. Still, V is rolling in with far more advantages than Snake Plissken had in his stories...and is far more willing to affect change, though most of it certainly would be to V's (and his team's) benefit.

2025-09-16 01:19:47 +0000 UTCI never liked so mi from the dlc. I think he should get the most he can from this and say fuck the spies. The only one i liked was the black guy and he still had the problem of being too loyal to Myers just because she was the president of NUSA, even after all the shit they put him through. Edit: spell check.

2025-09-15 19:16:44 +0000 UTCI know it's probably a long shot but an opportunity to force a merger between arasaka and militech (Aratech or Sakatech if you will) based off this is tantalizing. Just don't know if it's possible because Myers is NUSA President not Militech CEO here though it would be stupid to assume she isn't in charge of militech given how that's structured and that militech CEO's go on to be president. That said Myers is a take or leave for me happy either way. Alex and So mi are the real interest for me. Alex deserves an out and a new life after getting burned and forced to sit in dogtown, So mi deserves a new lease on life and maybe a reason to trust people again. Reed, Reed is difficult because he is stupid. He is blindly and fanatically loyal to the point he doesn't realise that loyalty is supposed to be a two way street. Anything V may do to try and help him specifically may activate his self destruct because he will see it as going against the mission đ
